Do you have a physical store I can shop in?

We sure do - you can't miss it with our signature purple and yellow storefront! We'd love to see you at our physical store, nestled within Brighton's world-famous shopping district, The Lanes.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually between 1-3 working days, we only post 1st Class Royal Mail as standard. Please do remember that during busy holiday periods/special occasions (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc.) delivery times can be affected - Royal Mail do a great job but cut them a little slack.

Can your guarantee my order will arrive at the selected destination for a certain day, or do you offer a special delivery service?

I want to pay using PayPal and send order straight to the recipient, how do I do this?

You can set a separate delivery address to flow through your order on PayPal. Once you've found the card you want and you are on our payment page, click on the 'PayPal' button. When the PayPal page loads, click the blue 'Change' button underneath the Send To address and change to the address you would like. Once you are happy with the address, click 'Continue' and you'll be back on our site which shows the chosen address for both billing and delivery. Then, simply choose your own address for billing, it will be saved on the drop-down menu if you've shopped with us before!

I received an order confirmation email for my handwritten card but it doesn't contain the dispatch date and handwritten message in the confirmation email - have these details been received and will my order be sent correctly?

Absolutely. All your order details clearly come through to our staff so they can dispatch your order exactly how you want it. We don't put every single detail on the confirmation email as it can look 'too busy' according to customer feedback.

If you want to check the details of your handwritten order (or any order for that matter), all you need to do is log into your 'My Account' area on our website and click 'Order History'. Here you'll see all details of your order including requested dispatch date, personalised messages and anything else you have requested during your transaction. 

Is there a minimum spend for me to place an order?

No. And sometimes there is even cards as little as 66p during our super sales. 

But if you spend £20 or over, delivery costs are completely free...gratis... it's on us.

What discounts do you provide?

We aim to provide the most competitive price for high quality brilliantly different cards and gifts. In addition to our great prices, we also offer special discount codes during promotions. We offer a loyalty scheme which allows you to convert every 1000 points you collect into £5 worth of credit in your E-Wallet which you can spend on anything on our website or instore.

We also offer these discounts all year round – Armed forces, NHS, The Lanes Discount.

Do you take speculative submissions from new card designers and illustrators?

We are fully stocked right now but we are always on the look out for a great thing - and we know a great design when we see one. If you think your cards could stand out on the market, send your submissions to submissions@creasedcards.com

We are Creased. We are a small independent retailer with massive ambition. We are award-winning too, having picked up a few awards at the R.E.T.A.s over the years - as best greetings card retailer in the UK.

How do I know it's safe to pay via your site?
