This is a quick breakdown of our how your card will be delivered and how you can return your order if you aren't happy with it. For more detailed info on how your order is delivered please visit our Delivery & Returns page.

• Delivery is charged as priced on each order and is based on the weight of the total products being sent – we dispatch all orders through Royal Mail
• As you move through our checking out procedure, we calculate delivery costs using the delivery address you give us. ‘Click n Collect’ from our Brighton store is also available and is free. We dispatch any order of £20 or over, with free standard delivery to Mainland UK.
• If you place an order before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) it will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, on the weekend or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day
• Whilst we can guarantee dispatch, we cannot guarantee Royal Mail delivery times. Please see latest Royal Mail service update here
• Where you accept our Handwritten Card Service and the item is sent directly to your nominated recipient, delivery terms still apply.

At Creased, we value our cards, our customers and the payment security of those involved in each and every Creased transaction - you can rest assured when you purchase from us you have no reason to stop smiling. 

• Once your order is processed through the website and payment made via our secure payment provider Worldpay, your order is sent directly to us for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our smiling staff pick, pack and dispatch the item to the address noted on your order.
• We use the industry leading internet payment company WorldPay to protect your card details when shopping at Creased - to protect us both from fraud. WorldPay provides a secure connection to your card issuer, without itself holding information regarding the goods or services you have ordered - trusted and secure.
• We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 - because everyone should have the right to privacy and consent!
• During the entire checkout process, your personal information is encrypted, preventing it from being seen by anyone other than you - rest assured that communications between your browser and our web servers are private and secure. Happy days!
